Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@flexaaura.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
